Potential benefits presently being researched:
- Welcome package including information about the town useful to new residents and businesses
- Handouts addressing the commercial district; zoning ordinances, etc., and will hopefully be a connection to potential new businesses with existing businesses. The handouts will primarily assist real estate agents to eliminate confusion about current zoning and planning ordinances
- Fundraising committee has been formed and will research new avenues for raising capital needed for special projects and new events to offer the community
- Creation of a chamber/Town liaison committee in order to keep all members up-to-date on happenings in the town that may impact business and the community at large.
