2026 Holiday Craft Fair

Please note that you must be signed up on our chamber software to register and pay for a table at the craft fair.  It is a closed system so that we can eliminate fraud!  So far, so good.  ALL tables must be through the chamber - no where else - especially Facebook.

IF you are already a chamber vendor and have participated in our events, please register as normal.  If you don't recall your password, follow the instructions for 'forgot passord'


IF you are a new vendor, you will not be able to register or purchase a table online.  Please email the office directly to introduce yourself. Office@BarringtonChamber.org

We are so excited for this year’s fair and look forward to seeing you. You are listed as a Vendor in our membership database. Now is the time to purchase your table(s) online. You can upload photos, provide a description of your company and items and leave us a note.

Tables are $65, no additional fee for electricity. Tables are confirmed only at the time of purchase.

We will be assigning tables and do our very best to keep returning crafters in the approximate area due to a change in layout. Please sign up as soon as possible so we can work to make this happen.

      • 9 am - 3 pm
      • Barrington Middle School - 51 Haley Drive
      • Tables are $65
      • Spot sizes are approx. 8' wide x 7' deep
        • Spot sizes outside the gym average 8x7, but can be irregular
      • Crafter set up
        • Friday, November 13 from 6-8 pm
        • Saturday, November 14 from 7 am-8:30 am
      • Donated raffle items are to be delivered before the fair commences. Please include a gift bag and your business card or brochure
      • The main parking lot is reserved for shoppers only. Parking for crafters will be in designated spots around the school. Handicapped spots will be available for crafters
      • Wi-Fi code will be provided the day of
      • There is no eating or drinking in gym (water is ok)
